I am recording this drum's resonance mainly for an ebay post. . . . Not sure if i can embed on ebay. I like the drum but i have too many drums. 1 drum appears to be a lone tabla drum longing for a partner and a drummer who knows how to play it the :"right way". . . Here i appear to be falling into mostly simplistic rhythms that are intermittant. . . . Peace. . . .

This is a simple dry (no effects) 4 track recording with just drums bass and 2 guitars. The reason i use 2 guitar tracks is to fatten the sound. It could have been done with just 3 tracks but this is the sound i shoot for in my rhythm tracks.

A catholic procession during easter week in 2010 in cuenca, spain. People marching, sticks hitting the ground, some random voices, de-phased drums in the background. Suddenly all the sticks are dropped on the ground, a fantastic sound.

I tried to make a friction drum by stringing a med handglove membrane to a wooden mortar. That mostly failed; i couldn’t control the pitch and make continuous sound. Here the membrane is stroked by a wooden pestle, making quite annoying sounds. Recorded with redmi note 5 phone, denoised and filtered bogus sub bass in audacity.

Recording of a day of the dead celebration at the museum of native american history in washington, d. C. (2014) features drumming, flute playing, chanting, yelling / whooping, whip crack sounds. Drenched in natural reverb (recorded from top floor of a circular performance space with a stone ceiling), with lots of low-frequency rumble. Possible use: could be processed for horror ambience.

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

Another very old production, i think this one's from around 2009 even!. Using the reverb of a chord i made on my guitar i created a drone-y, washed out sound. Added some subtle bitcrushed drums, cymbals and a vst synthesizer plays some notes to fill it out a bit, and a dark brooding bass-like instrument pulls up near the end of the track.

Simple, sad chords with an ambient drum pattern accompanying. I created this with logic pro x and a basic soft synth that come with the software. The drums have some effects from fabfilter's "timeless" plugin, and also some distortion, but nothing too fancy. This is a quick minecraft note block loop (drums only) that i made in multitrack daw mobile (i don't know how i did it in that app, it's so hard to use) with original sounds from the game. And in case you want to know it's 105 bpm. I'll work on more note block tracks soon. Also sorry it's not a perfect loop you will have to take off some space on the end of the clip for it to be perfectly continuous. The app is very hard to use so i couldn't cut it just right.

I swear to god i did not put that in there it is a artifact from the effects. I created these perfect drum beat/loops using my yamaha psr463 synthesizer, my zoomr8 portable studio, hydrogen, electric drums and audacity.

16-bit 44100 hz quality, but some bitcrush has been applied so the real samplerate is unknown. I modified the drums preset in labchirp. These are just some sounds i found interesting while testing and modifying the preset. These are unedited, so some clean up might be needed.

Synth loops and drums, tense intro track, can be looped for a repeating background pattern or laid over the top as a tense theme, maybe used as a joiner in a faster track.
